Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Raidboxes GmbH, a managed WordPress hosting provider based in Germany. When you visit our website, our hosting provider’s servers automatically collect and store information in server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. This includes the browser type and version, the operating system used, the referring URL, the hostname of the accessing computer, the time of the server request, and the IP address.
This data is not combined with other data sources. It is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, arising from our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website, and is automatically deleted after a short period.
We use the caching and performance plugin FastPixel to speed up page delivery. This may involve caching static content and serving it via a content delivery network.
Cookies and Consent Management
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and do not cause any damage. We use a consent management platform (Complianz) to obtain your consent before any non-essential cookies are set, and to give you control over which categories of cookies you allow. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings available on our website.
A current overview of the cookies and services used on this website, including their purpose and storage duration, is provided in our cookie policy, which is linked from the consent banner.
Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form on this website, the information you provide (name, company, email address, phone number, your enquiry, and, optionally, an uploaded drawing or file) is stored by us in order to process your enquiry and to answer any follow-up questions. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (to take steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed to us). We do not pass this data on without your consent.
Data entered in the contact form remains with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (for example, after your enquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory retention periods, in particular relating to commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.

On our Contact page, we use Google Maps to show you the location of our premises. Google Maps is a mapping service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). We only load this embedded map after you have given your consent via our consent management platform.
