BRAZING OUTSOURCING & SERIES PRODUCTION
Brazing Outsourcing & Series Production
Your brazing production, without the capital investment
Not every company wants to invest in its own induction brazing equipment for a single component or a limited production run. We take on your brazing production instead — developing the right process for your part through a pilot series, then running reliable series production under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. For example, when FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH needed precise, localised heating that their existing flame-brazing setup couldn’t deliver, we developed a suitable induction brazing process, brought it to series-production readiness through a pilot series, and took over ongoing production — saving them the cost of their own induction equipment.

No equipment investment needed
We produce on our own induction and flame brazing equipment, so you don’t have to invest in machinery for a single component or run.
From pilot series to series production
We develop your process through a pilot series, then run reliable, repeatable series production at the volumes you need.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management
Your parts are produced under a certified quality management system, including complex CBN and PCD brazing with pyrometer temperature monitoring.
Thinking about outsourcing your brazing production?
Tell us about your component and current process — we’ll look at whether induction or flame brazing is the better fit and what outsourcing could mean for your costs and quality.
This model works well whenever brazing is a small part of a larger manufacturing process: you keep design ownership and final assembly in-house, we handle process development, equipment, tooling and the brazing step itself. It also suits companies bringing a new product to market who need brazed components in low volumes at first, without committing to capital equipment until demand is proven.
We can outsource induction brazing, flame brazing and PCD/CBN/PCBN brazing depending on your part and volumes, and every order runs under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, certified by DEKRA Certification GmbH, with full process documentation. Send us your drawings, target volumes and current process (if any) and we’ll assess feasibility and propose a route from pilot series to steady-state production.
Do You Need Your Own Brazing Equipment?
The usual trigger for outsourcing is volume uncertainty: a part that needs a handful of units a month doesn’t justify the cost of induction equipment, tooling and a trained operator, but still needs a properly documented, repeatable process. Outsourcing lets you scale from a pilot series to full production without that upfront investment, and without carrying brazing expertise in-house that you’d otherwise need to maintain and staff. See our brazing FAQ for more on this and other common questions from customers considering outsourcing.
From Prototype to Steady-State Production
Many outsourcing projects start on our brazing development & prototyping service, where we work out braze alloy, flux and heating method on real trial parts, then carry those exact parameters into pilot and series production once the process is validated — so there’s no re-development step between prototype and volume manufacturing. This applies whether your part suits induction, flame, or PCD/CBN/PCBN brazing.
